There is something about running over a major engineering construction with epic views that is great. Add to that feeling the fact that it is free and hardly anyone else does it and it is amazing. I recommend you try it.
The number of bridges that are available and worthwhile is limited – so far I have done the Humber Bridge(no video, sorry I was too busy talking) and Skye Bridge which I did video –here

Bleep Test
The idea of the bleep test is to run back and forth on a beep until you can’t do any more. In this video I achieved the West Midlands Police basic score of 5.4. I then carried on trying until I managed a score of 6.1 – which for my age is considered good apparently. Any way it is a jolly unpleasant thing to do and since I’ve swapped my phone I haven’t done it (or felt the need) to do it again.
