Melbourne Hall
It was a cold April day – 8 degrees which may have accounted for the fact that we were the only people in the garden. The tea room was humming though.
Barton Hall
In this video, you join us on this glorious Sunday – the 1st in June 2018 as we drive along the private driveway that leads to Barton Hall in Derbyshire, England. It has been opened for the National Garden Scheme. The new owners of 5 years have poured love, effort and a fortune into this quintessentially English Garden and the reward must, in my opinion, be the finest private space anywhere. The tour is below.
Consall Hall
This movie was shot on Sunday 15 April 2018. Consall Hall Estate was up for sale and wias not be open to the public after 2018. It had become a wedding venue the last time I checked.
