Health chiefs who were shown the footage have ordered an investigation and the Care Quality Commission chief said their behaviour was ‘completely unacceptable’.Speaking to Stephen Moyes and Andrew Parker at the newspaper, CQC chief Andrea Sutcliffe said: ‘In light of this new information I have asked my inspectors to look into the matter further to ensure that people are being properly looked after.’
I was amused but the consequences were serious. Caremark took a financial hit and moved out of Green Lane.
